A Particular list of all lands, lots, buildings and Wharves, owned possessed, or occupied on the 1st Day of October 1798, in the Parish of Berkeley being within the Spotsylvania Assessment District in the State of Virginia, excepting only such Dwelling Ho uses as with the out-houses appertenant therto, and the lots which the same are erected, not exceeding two Acres in any case are above the value of one hundred Dollars
