Agricultural census files cannot be easily displayed as web pages because
of the width of the database (sixty columns). These files are supplied
for downloading and use on your own computer. Download these files and open with your local program. If you lack excel you may wish to obtain a free excel browser from Microsoft.
Depending upon the configuration
of your browser you may be able to select with the left button and see
the file displayed in Microsoft Excel. An additional word of warning: These
files were transcribed from xeroxed microfilm and have not been checked.
They are provided as scratch files--essentially work-in-progress. For comparative
information against all counties try the cumulative Virginia
